I shared back in the fall about my new Presentation Bridge Client software. Since that post, the software has been in a private testing period as I was getting feedback from users. And now, thanks to some help from the community, it’s ready to release!

My hope is that this software will help you be more efficient in your tech ministry, especially when you need to do a lot of things without a lot of people.
Go check it out! And, as always, feedback and contributions are welcome.
You can get the latest release here: https://github.com/josephdadams/presentationbridge-client/releases/latest
What is the difference between PresentationBridge-Client-Setup-1.0.17.exe and PresentationBridge-Client-Setup-1.0.17.exe.blockmap?
Hi Joseph I’m having an issue that will hopefully only take a moment of your time. I made a sub 3 minute video describing my issue with screen sharing:

I really appreciate the software, your help, and your time
Mike – can you reach out to me via the contact form? We will likely have back and forth conversation and that’s difficult in the comment section of this post. Thanks!
I figured out the issues.
In Vista, the device ID needs to be set to 0 in File>User Preferences>Midi. (I missed this detail from your Readme.md)
In Companion, to get your correct port go to Settings>TCP and make sure your TCP Listener is checked and get the TCP Listen Port from there.
Is there any way to send commands from Pro7 with a Macro instead of the Notes Field of a slide? I would like to trigger a button press in Companion during certain points in a video.
Not with PresentationBridge-client. But companion can receive midi with the generic midi connection
